Cookie policy

Tl;dr: we only use what the game needs to work: one cookie that remembers your farm, and one that remembers who invited you. No tracking, no ads, so no cookie banner.

Cookies we set

• pp_session: keeps you signed in to your farm (guest or account). Strictly necessary. Expires after 60 days without a visit. Contains a random token; we only store a hash of it.
• pp_ref: remembers the invite link you arrived through, until you start playing, so the right player gets credit. Strictly necessary for the invite feature. Expires after 30 days.

Local storage

• pp:nudged: remembers which “save your farm” reminders you already saw, so we don’t show them twice.

Third parties

• Stripe: when you buy something, you pay on Stripe’s checkout page (stripe.com), which sets its own cookies for payments and fraud prevention.
• Cloudflare Turnstile: on the sign-in page, Cloudflare checks that you’re a human. It may use cookies or similar technology for that check only.

No consent banner

Because we only use strictly necessary cookies, the law does not require us to ask for consent, and we don’t want to annoy you with a banner. If that ever changes, we will ask first.
